In January 2004, completed PhD in Plant Physiology and joined the Agricultural Research Service of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Currently working at the ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bengaluru, India. Also an Open Access Evangelist advocating for Open Access, Open Data and Open Education in India via Open Access India community of practice.
