Stephen Allen

Stephen Allen is a Lecturer at Sheffield University Management School. Prior to joining Sheffield in September 2018 he was a Lecturer at Hull University Business School and before that in the Department of Management Learning and Leadership at Lancaster University where he completed his PhD in 2012. His research explores how managers make sense of and take action for sustainability. The energy and power sector has been a recent focus for his research. Prior to starting a career in academia his work experiences involved being employed by a range of organisations from a new business start-up to large international companies.
