Professor of Criminology, Western Sydney University

Stephen Tomsen is Professor of Criminology in the Institute for Culture and Society and in Social Sciences at the University of Western Sydney. His research interests include homicide; masculinity and violence; sexuality; crime and substance use; and the policing of public order. He has been the chief or co-investigator on a series of studies of homicide, male violence, public drinking and drug use.
