My research, teaching and engagement activities are focused on three areas: first, leadership learning and the development of leadership practice in a range of contexts; second, on the responsibilities, purposes and actions of leadership, seeking to address the question: leadership for what? third, the relationship of business value and social impact mediated through responsible leadership.
