Steven Jaffee

More than three decades of experience--at the World Bank and elsewhere--working on matters related to agriculture development, food systems transformation, and inclusive rural development in low and middle-income countries. This has combined research, advisory work, and investment project design and management. Focal themes of work have included food security, food safety, agro-environmental policy, rural finance, urban food systems, and agricultural value chain and trade development. I have a D.Phil in Agricultural Economics from Oxford University.
