Steven Shijin Zhou

Dr Steven Zhou is an Associate Professor in International Business and Strategy wit Nottingham University. He focuses on conducting research which could bridging academic world and management practices. His research broadly covers the areas of cross-cultural innovation and management with an indigenous perspective. Before joining academia, he has worked as a senior engineer and consultant for over 10 years in a variety of management business roles including project manager, international business consulting, business development and R&D director.
