Sukanlaya Sawang

Dr Sawang is an organisational psychologist and an active researcher with professional experience from Australia, Japan, Thailand, U.K. and USA. Her research primarily focuses on organisational behaviours, especially in small business/entrepreneurial context, innovation management and wellbeing. Currently, Sukanlaya is a research Professor of Entrepreneurship and has been appointed as the Associate Dean at Faculty of Business and Law, Coventry University, UK. Sukanlaya is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of an ambitious Global Engagement strategy for Faculty of Business and Law. She is also the adjunct Professor in QUT Business School at Queensland University of Technology, Australia and Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Prior to joining Coventry University, she was a Reader and Director of Research Internationalisation at University of Leicester, UK.
