Surani Joshua

I started my academic career with a B.S. in physics, B.A. in math and a teacher's certificate in middle and high school math. I also spent five years teaching in Title 1 district public schools in Arizona and Virginia. I am now a PhD candidate in math education. I have worked on research projects in elementary, high school and university math education, and helped to lead professional development for both middle and high school math teachers.
