I am a bioinformatician at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), UK, with experience in next generation sequencing, genome assembly and annotations, java programming, advanced python and object-oriented programming, bash, pandas and SQL database. My experience also span the application of these analytical languages in food security, environment, and comparative genomics.
