I was co-editor of the Journal of Educational Enquiry for five years, and am on the editorial boards of the Australian Journal of Adult Learning and the international journal Research on Steiner Education. From July to September 2014 I completed an Endeavour Executive Fellowship based at the University of Eastern Finland, undertaking research into school governance and teacher education in Finland. I served on the Board of the Mt Barker Waldorf School and on the Governing Council of Marden Senior College from 2014 to 2017. Since 2018 I have been an adjunct scholar with the School of Education at UniSA, continuing to collaborate with colleagues and to supervise a number of doctoral students.
