Tony Brown

Tony Brown is currently Professor of Physical Geography. He joined the the School of Geography at the University of Southampton in 2007, and works primarily with the Palaeoenvironmental Laboratory at the University of Southampton (PLUS).

Research interests:
-Floodplain geomorphology and palaeohydrology.
-Alluvial geoarchaeology
-Mediterranean and semi-arid alluviation and environmental history
-Human-environment relationships and theory
-Forensic palynology
