Tracy Ledger

Tracy Ledger holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Masters in Agricultural Economics from Stellenbosch University. She is current Head of the Energy and Society Programme at the Public Affairs Research Institute. The programme’s focus is energy poverty, access to electricity and electricity distribution models.
