Warwick is an honorary fellow at the University of Melbourne's School of Social and Political Sciences and the Wellbeing Lead at the Centre for Policy Development. He is also Co-founder and Director at the Castlemaine Institute. His current academic research includes the role of expert opinion in macroeconomic forecasting and the accumulation of disadvantage over the life course. Warwick's research interests are very broad, including evidence in public policy making, wellbeing, taxation economics, gender economics, the economics of climate change, and the history and philosophy of economics.
