Research Director, Sheffield Hallam University

I direct and lead consumer and CSR research for food sustainability at MPC Research Ltd. I have been working in sustainability since 1998, after a eight years of doctoral research in biochemistry in the UK, Japan and USA. I started my sustainability practice with the BASIS/FACTS leadership team delivering communication and certification programmes for UK agriculture 1998-2002. I have held visiting scientist roles at the Australian Science Agency (CSIRO) and the OECD in Paris before writing 'Global Food Security and Supply' published by Wiley.
