Yanyan Yang

I work in Aziz Sancar's lab as a postdoctoral fellow since January, 2015. I have a broad background in biochemistry, molecular biology and developmental biology, with high throughput genomic sequencing data analysis including XR-seq, ChIP-seq, RNA-Seq and Damage-seq. My research includes mammalian circadian clock associated with DNA damage and repair.
