Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology was established under Decision No. 516-TTg dated July 11, 1997 on the basis of the rearrangement of four members of Vietnam National Posts and Telecommunications Group (Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation). The Institute applies Research, Training, Manufacturing and Trading principles to underlie the objectives of training future masters of intellectual economy and creating high quality products for Vietnam industrialization and modernization. The system of training and granting degrees of the Institute includes various levels subject to training time and admission quality of the Institute. At present, the Institute is providing following main education and training services: Implementing training courses for college, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctor levels according to national and international standard programs under various forms such as centralization, decentralization, interconnection and distance training, etc.,
