Obese dads pass on weight woes to kids

Obese fathers increase the risks, through their sperm, of their children and grandchildren inheriting their health conditions.

The University of Adelaide study has found fathers spread their battle of the bulge into the next two generations.

Despite future offspring maintaining a healthy lifestyle, they have increased risks of developing type two diabetes as a result of an unhealthy father.
