Corey Neu is the Donnelly Family Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. He has a broad research background in biomedical engineering and regenerative medicine (Brown, UC Davis and UC Berkeley, Purdue). His research group studies multiscale biomechanics and mechanobiology of soft tissues, with a special emphasis on connective and cardiac tissues, making use of advanced magnetic resonance imaging and optical/atomic force microscopy-based techniques, to understand development, disease, and regeneration in tissues and cells.
