Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Psychology, University of Bath

I am a Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Bath.

My work concerns the processing of socially relevant signals, from perception (e.g., faces) to cognition (e.g., decision-making, theory of mind - e.g., Shah et al., 2017).

I am also interested in studying (socially driven) biases in mental processing (e.g., unconscious bias, optimistic bias - e.g., Shah et al, 2016, Cognitive Psychology).

I have a strong interest in equality and diversity issues in and outside of academic settings.
