Laurie Kocher

I teach in the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education at Capilano University in North Vancouver, BC.

After teaching in the elementary school system for a number of years, I moved into higher education. My area of specialization is early childhood education. I am particularly interested in the pedagogical project of Reggio Emilia and the practices of pedagogical documentation. I join with others in the Common Worlds Collective and The Early Childood Collaboratory. I have authored, co-authored, or edited a number of publications.
