Mitchell G. Klingenberg

Mitchell G. Klingenberg, PhD, is a historian in the Department of Military Strategy, Planning, and Operations at the US Army War College. He teaches and conducts battlefield staff rides on matters of military history, campaigning, operational art, the principles of war, and strategic leadership. He is the author of articles published in the International Journal of Military History and Historiography, the Modern War Institute at West Point, the US Army War College Quarterly: Parameters, and War on the Rocks.
