Reversing the effects of cancer

The effects of cancer can be reversed in the immune system of mice by targeting specific cells in the body, research has found.

A Curtin University study has tracked particular cells in the immune systems of young and elderly mice, finding that deterioration caused by mimicked conditions of lung cancers could be reduced by activating other cells.
