A good night’s sleep could help you make better decisions, a study from the University of Massachusetts Amherst has found.

The study found that sleep helps facilitate and enhance complex cognitive skills such as decision-making. The researchers believe the effect may depend on the rapid-eye-movement period of the sleeping cycle.
