Sperm employ teamwork for navigation

Sperm can join together into conglomerates to navigate the female reproductive tract, according to researchers from the University of Arizona and Syracuse University.

The research, which involved studying diving beetles, showed sexual selection isn’t always dominated by male-male competition.
