Diet during pregnancy linked to child’s mental health

Mums with unhealthy diets during pregnancy are more likely to have children with behavioural problems, new research has found.

Deakin University researchers, worked alongside Norwegian collaborators. They’re the first to show that there is a relationship between mums’ diet during pregnancy, as well as children’s diet during the first few years of life, and children’s mental health.
