Psychologist and Lecturer, Deakin University

Ms Amanda Dudley is a psychologist who has been working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families since 2000. She has worked in a variety of settings including public hospital, clinical research, within the educational sector at primary and secondary school level as well as University and in private practice. She has significant experience in the area of child and adolescent mental health in particular anxiety, depression and school refusal. Amanda has presented at conferences, schools, and run seminars for youth based organisations and has a number of peer-reviewed journal publications. Amanda has also been involved in the development of treatments manuals and training in cognitive behavioural therapy and is also a member of the Deakin Child Study Centre.
