Senior Lecturer, Course Leader in Charity & Social Enterprise, Anglia Ruskin University

After a career encompassing teaching and management in the private and public sectors, and most notably the third sector, Andrew joined Anglia Ruskin in 2001. In 2008 he established 3rd Sector Futures as a specialist unit within Lord Ashcroft International Business School, in order to give a clear identity to their work with charity and social enterprise.

Their Cert HE, Foundation Degree and BA in Charity and Social Enterprise Management launched in 2011 and has attracted over 120 students from across the UK. Alongside the suite of courses, 3rd Sector Futures is active in research and consultancy, for example in undertaking Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis.

Andrew's research interests include social enterprise, social entrepreneurship and third sector leadership.

Andrew is course leader for all levels of the BA in Charity and Social Enterprise Management, and tutor for the modules in Third Sector Leadership and Management, Social Enterprise, and Leadership in Practice
