Research Fellow, La Trobe University

Beatrice is a Research Fellow in the School of Psychology and Public Health at La Trobe University. Her PhD in psychology examined individual differences in how people think about social status, and she has published peer-reviewed research in international journals on a range of topics including personality, prejudice and discrimination, and mental health.

Her current research focuses on the health and well-being of older LGBTI Australians, but her general research interests include gender, feminism, misogyny, violence against women, prejudice, social status and hierarchies, evolutionary psychology, and personality.
