Blake is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. He is the Interim Managing Director of the Policy, Elections, and Representation Lab (PEARL) at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.

Blake’s research focuses on Canadian politics and the disruptive effects of emerging technologies. His work is quantitatively-focused but qualitatively-informed.
