Catherine Casson

Catherine's research and teaching interests lie in the field of business history and economic history, which she studies in a long-run comparative perspective. She is currently conducting research into three topics: the history of entrepreneurship; reputation and economic performance in English towns and property rents and prices from the medieval to the modern period and studies these topics using qualitative and quantitative methods.
