Cecilia Alda Vidal

I am a PhD student at the university of Manchester. I am interested in the everyday dynamics and micropolitics of access to water and sanitation (and other) infrastructures in global South cities. More recently I have engaged in interdisciplinary projects examining everyday domestic practices in the UK in relation to different service provision and environmental challenges. In these projects I bring relevant insights from researching urban infrastructures in the global South to understand everyday infrastructure interactions in other contexts.
