Cecille Joan Avila

Cecille Joan Avila is a policy analyst at the Partnered Evidence-based Policy Resource Center (PEPReC) at the VA Boston Healthcare System, in partnership with the Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH). She received her MPH from BU, where she focused on health policy and law. Prior to PEPReC, she worked in photojournalism, covering global and domestic health issues. Her public health interests include ethics, under-represented and minority populations, and women's health.
