Chloe Fox-Robertson

PhD Researcher, University of Manchester

Chloe Fox-Robertson is currently completing her PhD Geography at the University of Manchester, which is fully funded by ESRC 1+3 studentship and focuses on the inequalities within FinTech. She is the lead author (with D. Wójcik) of a recent peer reviewed publication examining the gender inequalities within FinTech.

Chloe has been an invited speaker at several events including the FinTech North Liverpool Conference 2024 and FinTech Fringe's International Women's Day 2024 event, sponsored by Barclays' Rise.

She previously received a first class undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and a distinction for her MSc Research Methods degree. Chloe has also worked for a FinTech PR advisory firm, where she wrote content for various clients on a range of topics from embedded finance, to cybersecurity, to CBDCs, as well as supporting strategy and managing media relations.
