I am a conservation biologist with a particular interest in terrestrial species and developing countries. I have worked for more almost 20 years in these research areas in Fiji, the Solomon Islands and in Australia. My work in recent years focuses on the link between conservation and sustainable development including alternative livelihoods such as tourism. I work with a range of stakeholders including academics, government departments, conservation and development NGOs and local landowning communities. Currently I work as an academic editor for academics, postgraduate students, NGOS and government departments.
