Craig Lyons is an urban geographer based at the University of Wollongong. He holds an MSc (Research) from the University of Sydney, and has lectured in urban geography at the University of Sydney, Western Sydney University, and the Australian Catholic University. His current research investigates the relationship between modes of urban governance and everyday cultural practices, with his MSc thesis investigating the relationship between informal and underground music cultures and urban land use.
