Danielle Erkoboni

National Clinician Scholar and General Pediatrician, University of Pennsylvania

Danielle Erkoboni, M.D. is a general pediatrician and National Clinician Scholar at The University of Pennsylvania who's work focuses on the use of digital media to promote children's early learning, development and health. Danielle graduated from Wheaton College in Southeastern Massachusetts Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Following her undergraduate training, Danielle worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia designing and implementing interventions to promote child safety across the United States and China. Her work and publications on the translation of public health interventions across cultures has been adapted by research teams across the country to bring existing messages to under-served communities. Danielle did her undergraduate medical training at The Chicago Medical School and completed her Pediatric training at St Christopher’s Hospital for Children. Danielle currently lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and two children.
