Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering, Vanderbilt University

I work on the foundation of robotics. My current work is focused on novel control algorithms that make robots intelligent, and novel devices, high-tech robotic exoskeletons, that could enable humans to jump higher and run faster. I aim to develop machines that augment or parallel biological systems.
