Florian Mayneris

Professor, Urban Economics, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM)

Florian Mayneris is a Full Professor at the economics department of ESG-UQAM, a CEPR Research Fellow and a CIRANO Research fellow. His research focuses on international trade, urban economics and regional and industrial policies. He is interested in the determinants of the economic performance of firms, neighborhoods and regions. He has been involved in the impact evaluation of several place-based policies commissioned by various French and Belgian public authorities. He regularly writes reports for Canadian public institutions too.
