Frank Fernandez is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration & Policy at the University of Florida. He writes about educational equity and policy issues. He has authored or co-authored numerous articles published or in press with American Educational Research Journal, Educational Researcher, Research in Higher Education, The Review of Higher Education, Journal of College Student Development, Higher Education, among others. His research has been funded by American Institutes for Research, AccessLex Institute and the Association for Institutional Research, and the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO) Association.
