Heather Eckert

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta. I have an MA and PhD in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

I am interested in the interaction between the decisions made by policy makers and regulated parties. My research is primarily focused on environmental regulations but I also looks at occupational health and safety and education settings.
