James Andreoni

Andreoni is a Professor of Economics at the University of California San Diego. He has studied altruism, charitable giving, and the effects of social interactions on economic choices. He is a past President of the Economic Science Association and Editor of the Journal of Public Economics. He is currently a member of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and is a Fellow of the Econometric Society.
