Jen Evans

Jens’ research involves the investigation of optimal land use that considers both the significance of ecosystems and the sustainable human consumption of natural resources. Her work uses participatory geographic information systems (PGIS) to develop an integrated approach to resolving land use conflict. Jen has a strong interest in the Tarkine around understanding how potential conflict compromise can be reached through integrating attitudes, preferences, economic and conservation values.
