My research seeks to understand why people do 'bad things' at work. Specifically, I'm interested in workplace bullying and the role that witnesses ('bystanders') have in either improving or worsening bullying for targets. I'm also interested in counterproductive work behaviours and general well-being at work. I'm also involved in projects on team agility.
