Katalin Morgan

Katalin Morgan is a currently a lecturer at Wits university, with backgrounds in Sociology, History and Technology education. She also has experience as a writing coach, web designer and NGO researcher. Her research interests include theories of memory, Holocaust studies and educational media design. Her PhD thesis (2011) was entitled “Textbooks as mediators in the intellectual project of history education”. It won the Georg Eckert Prize for "excellence in educational media research" in 2012.
