Kathryn Backholer

Senior research fellow, Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute

Kathryn Backholer is a Senior Research Fellow in the Obesity and Population Health unit at Deakin University, and an adjunct Research Fellow at the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine at Monash University. Her work aims to build the evidence base to inform policy and practice of the most effective ways to improve population levels of chronic disease and reduce social inequalities in health.
