Lindsay J. Peterson

Instructor, School of Aging Studies, University of South Florida

I am a former newspaper writer, now research assistant professor in the School of Aging Studies at the University of South Florida. I direct our nursing home internship program, in which our students spend a semester shadowing a nursing home administrator. I conduct research on decision-making in long-term care, including disaster preparation and the tools available to help people choose a nursing home and engage in advance care planning.
