Dr. Clasby has been an Assistant Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Michigan since 2019. He has 26 years of experience in small molecule drug discovery in both Industry and Academia. He currently teaches and carries out small molecule drug discovery research within the Vahlteich Medicinal Chemistry Core. His research interests include discovery of small molecule therapeutics for the treatment of infectious diseases and diabetes.
