Mathew Ling

I currently work for Neami National as a research and Evaluation Lead, supporting and monitoring the delivery of human centred supports for people in distress across Australia. I also hold an Honorary Research Fellowship at Deakin University.

I have a PhD in Psychology focussed on the measurement and characterisation of individual differences in tendency for elaborative thought. My research within the Misinformation Lab focussed on susceptibility to and remedy of misinformation, particularly in the health domain.

On the side, I'm a proponent and advocate for Transparent and Reproducible research practices, being a foundation member of the Australia and New Zealand Open Research Network (ANZORN) and the Association for Interdisciplinary Metaresearch and Open Science (AIMOS).
