Melis Aras

Melis Aras is a postdoctoral researcher at the Societies, Actors and Government in Europe joint research unit (SAGE, UMR 7363) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research-CNRS and the University of Strasbourg, France. She holds a PhD in environmental law (Le droit à l'information environnementale du public en matière de risques industriels, 2016). Her current research focuses on the environment-energy nexus in the energy transition context, the cross-border renewable energy cooperation and governance, and the public participation in energy decentralisation process.
