Ramon Lobato

Ramon Lobato is Associate Professor at RMIT University, Melbourne. A media industries scholar, Ramon has a special interest in television and video distribution. He is the author of Netflix Nations: The Geography of Digital Distribution (NYU Press 2019) and Shadow Economies of Cinema (British Film Institute, 2012), among other books. Ramon presently holds an ARC Future Fellowship and is an Associate Investigator with the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society.
